The owners of this delicious fish restaurant in Melbourne’s north approached us with the idea of doing some graffiti on their outside wall. They've always been fans of graffiti so they knew that was what they wanted on their building. The brief was awesome - have some fun with it and throw in a fish reference.

Danny Awes had lots of fun with this wall, painting a fresh graffiti piece alongside an original fish design. This artwork was mostly created freestyle, with basic sketches drawn up and signed off by the client but not a full-colour digital mock-up. This allows for a bit of on-the-spot creativity and spontaneity from artists.

We are so happy with Danny Awes' artwork. It sets the tone for our whole business. It's colourful, eye catching and really draws people in.

The old building that houses Pescys is beautiful but no one was too keen on the building's exterior colour scheme. In adding art to the facade, the Pescys crew really wanted to bring some bright colours in to play as this aligned with their brand and interior fit-out. Danny Awes' artwork has brought life, personality and colour to what was a pretty unremarkable, lacklustre wall.
