We partnered with Kincaid to create a striking series of three murals for their new building development, Cultivate, a mixed-use project featuring 146 residential apartments and commercial space across two towers.
Our brief was to bring colour, identity and vibrancy to Cultivate through large-scale art. The result is a trio of mural panels, each with a distinct colour palette — greens, yellows, and blues — that blend photorealistic spray-painting with graffiti-inspired elements. The artworks reimagine iconic Australian animals in playful urban scenes, including:
A boxing kangaroo standing strong
A black cockatoo with wings spread wide
A DJ bird dropping beats
Hooded, sunglass-wearing kookaburras in a suburban setting
By combining AI-assisted design with Dan’s signature spray-paint technique, the murals inject imagination and energy into the new development, helping establish a bold sense of place.
As both developer and builder, Kincaid produce projects spanning medium density unit sites, luxury townhouses and high-density apartment buildings, overseeing all aspects of the process from design to delivery. We love working with companies like Kincaid, bringing our specialised brand of mural art to support their vision.
We specialise in creating corporate murals, street art murals, and large-scale wall murals that transform property developments, workplaces, and public spaces. We regularly collaborate with project managers, interior designers, and architects to deliver site-specific artworks that elevate their projects.
