We do lots of stuff.

From time to time and usually on request, we run specialised workshops and unique street art and graffiti experiences. Workshops are an awesome corporate team-building exercise for the creatives in your business. Unique experiences are tailored to each group depending on their interests and could include anything from walking tours exploring Melbourne's lesser known public art spots to wine and cheese in a world renown Melbourne street art studio with local artists. Learn more

Our workshops and experiences are built around our clients' needs. No two are the same.

What you should know —

Workshops and experiences provide an opportunity to explore creativity and to learn about the worlds of street art and graffiti first hand in a fun and laid-back setting from practicing, established and world-renowned artists. Each workshop is designed based on the individual group's interests, needs and expectations. They can be tailored to any skill level and can be as hands on or off as groups like. From tourists visiting Melbourne to corporate creative teams, we build considered, thought-out and memorable experiences for each individual group.

HOW WE WORK
01
Brief.

Tell us about your projectYour space, your vision, your timeline, your budget. If you know exactly what you want, great. If you're not quite sure yet, that's fine too. Scoping projects and developing briefs is part of what we do. And if your organisation has its own procurement process or approval requirements, just let us know from the start. We're used to working within them.

We bring strong cultural awareness and a considered approach to every project. Both Dan and Helainie hold cultural competence accreditations for working with Traditional Owners, and certificates in trauma-informed practice. For projects involving community engagement or sensitive subject matter, this shapes how we listen and design a project.

02
Design.

Once your brief is clear, Dan gets to work. He begins with research into your story, your space, your industry and your context before developing initial concept directions for you to respond to. Once a direction is agreed upon, he takes it through to a full colour, to-scale digital mock-up. You'll see exactly what the finished artwork will look like before any paint touches any wall. All creative conversations go directly through Dan, so nothing gets lost in translation. What you approve is exactly what gets painted.

03
Production.

Dan paints your artwork and looks after your space - masking and protection, waste removal and more. Helainie manages everything else - site access, SWMS, inductions, insurances and all project logistics.

Dan is well versed in a wide range of mediums and techniques and chooses the most appropriate for each project. Artist grade spray paint, brush work, stencils and the full range of street art methods. For every surface and every environment he selects the best materials available to ensure the artwork endures. We apply a protective clear coat to every exterior wall as standard practice.

We are licensed for elevated work platforms, hold a construction white card, and carry WorkCover, public liability and professional indemnity insurance. We align production with your schedule, keep you informed throughout and work across Melbourne, Sydney and Australia-wide. On request, we can also supply work-in-progress shots and footage for your own content needs.

04
Completion.

The artwork is complete and the space around the artwork is left as we found it. We do a final walkthrough with you before we pack up and we're always available if you need us down the track. If you're keen to extend the life of your artwork beyond the wall, ask us about merchandise. Greeting card packs, prints, postcards and branded products featuring your commissioned artwork make great gifts for friends and family, or clients and staff alike.
